Amazon UK is seeking Warehouse Shift Supervisors to support daily logistics operations and lead warehouse teams during assigned shifts. You will coordinate staff, monitor order fulfilment processes, and ensure operational efficiency.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, including rotating warehouse shifts and occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise warehouse staff and shift operations
Monitor order picking, packing, and dispatch processes
Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
Track shift productivity and performance metrics
Support training of new warehouse team members
Maintain operational reports and documentation
