Rolls-Royce is recruiting a Supply Chain Operations Manager at its Derby aerospace manufacturing site. This is a full-time on-site role (37.5 hours per week) within a high-performance production environment.

Role Overview

You will oversee supplier performance, production scheduling, and material availability for aerospace engine manufacturing programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations
Oversee supplier performance metrics
Lead production planning meetings
Monitor inventory optimisation strategies
Manage risk mitigation for supply disruptions
Conduct root cause analysis for delivery delays
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
Review procurement KPIs
Support cost reduction programmes
Oversee ERP supply chain modules
Develop supplier relationship strategies
Present performance reports to senior leadership
