iQ Student Accommodation is seeking Student Accommodation Coordinators to assist with daily property operations and resident support within student housing communities.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend duties during peak student move-in periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with accommodation enquiries and support services
Manage tenancy documentation and resident records
Coordinate maintenance requests with contractors
Support check-in and check-out procedures
Assist with organising student community events
Software / Tools:
Property management systems
CRM platforms
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Education:
