Unite Students is hiring Part-Time Student Accommodation Advisors to support residents at our Manchester City Centre property. This is a front-facing, on-site role designed to ensure students have a safe, comfortable, and positive living experience.
Role Overview
As a Student Accommodation Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, supporting tenancy administration, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the building.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome new residents and assist with check-in processes
• Provide support with tenancy agreements and documentation
• Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors
• Monitor building security and safety procedures
• Organise student engagement events and community initiatives
• Handle resident queries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records within property management systems
• Conduct property inspections when required
Eligibility
• Students are encouraged to apply
• Must be available for 20 hours per week
• Flexible availability during peak move-in periods
