Aldi Stores Ltd is looking for a proactive Store Supervisor to support daily retail operations and lead store teams in delivering excellent customer service. You will assist the Store Manager with team coordination, stock management, and store performance.

The role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage retail operations in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
Full-time position up to 37.5 hours per week, including evenings and weekend shifts based on store scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
Support store manager with inventory and stock control
Ensure merchandising standards are maintained
Assist with staff training and shift coordination
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor store performance and operational compliance
