Serco Group is seeking Security Officers to maintain safety and security at a corporate office facility. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding to security incidents.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotating shifts covering evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV and building security systems
Control entry and exit of visitors and staff
Conduct routine security patrols
Respond to incidents and report security concerns
Maintain security logs and incident reports
Software / Tools:

CCTV monitoring systems
Access control software
Incident reporting platforms
Technical Skills:

Security monitoring procedures
Incident reporting

Alertness and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm under pressure
Education:

Secondary education preferred.
Compliance:

SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence required.
