Tesco plc is seeking friendly and reliable Retail Store Assistants to join our Brighton team. This role involves supporting day-to-day store operations, ensuring shelves are stocked, assisting customers, and maintaining excellent store presentation standards.

You will play a key role in delivering great customer service and helping customers find products quickly while supporting the wider store team.

Working Hours:
Part-time role up to 20 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts based on rota scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
Restock shelves and maintain store displays
Operate checkout and POS systems when required
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation
Support the team during busy periods
Software / Tools:

Tesco POS systems
Basic inventory scanning tools
Microsoft Teams (internal communication)
Required Skills:
