Waitrose & Partners is recruiting a Retail Operations Manager at its Finchley Road branch in London. This is a full-time on-site position (37.5 hours per week) leading daily retail operations.

Role Overview

You will oversee store performance, team leadership, and operational excellence in a high-volume supermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead department managers and shop floor teams
Monitor daily sales and performance KPIs
Oversee stock management and replenishment
Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Conduct health & safety audits
Manage store labour budgets
Oversee visual merchandising standards
Handle escalated customer concerns
Implement promotional campaigns
Support staff training and development
Monitor shrinkage and loss prevention
Conduct operational reviews
Ensure compliance with trading standards
Maintain supplier coordination
Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

Retail management experience
