Capita is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to assist with recruitment processes and candidate management. You will coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
Maintain applicant tracking system records
Support job posting and recruitment campaigns
Assist with onboarding documentation
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics
Software / Tools:
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Microsoft Excel and Outlook
HRIS platforms
Technical Skills:
Recruitment administration

Ability to manage multiple tasks
Education:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
