Network Rail is seeking Rail Operations Planners to support planning and coordination of railway operations across the UK network. You will analyse operational schedules, coordinate maintenance planning, and ensure railway services run efficiently.
This role plays an important part in maintaining reliable rail services for passengers and freight.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional operational shift coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate rail operational schedules
Analyse service performance and operational data
Support maintenance planning and infrastructure work
Prepare operational reports and documentation
Communicate with rail operators and engineering teams
