Network Rail is seeking Rail Infrastructure Technicians to support the inspection, maintenance, and repair of rail infrastructure across the UK network. You will play an important role in ensuring railway systems remain safe and reliable for passengers and freight services.
This role involves working with engineering teams and performing maintenance tasks on railway assets.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, including shift work, nights, and occasional weekend maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of rail infrastructure and equipment
Perform maintenance and repair activities
Assist with track and signalling system maintenance
Record maintenance activities and technical reports
Work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues
Follow railway safety procedures and operational standards
