Savills is offering a Property Management Placement for university students seeking hands-on experience in commercial property management. You will work closely with property managers supporting portfolio operations, tenant communication, and property reporting. Placement start date – 01 September 2026

This placement provides exposure to real estate operations, client management, and property investment analysis.

Working Hours:
Full-time placement role up to 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with property inspections and reports
Support tenant enquiries and documentation
Help maintain property databases and lease records
Assist with financial reporting and budgeting support
Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor communications
Support sustainability and compliance documentation where required
Software / Tools:

Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Property management systems (e.g., Qube or Horizon)
