CBRE is offering a 12-month Property Management Placement based in Birmingham. This is a 37.5-hour per week placement role under a hybrid arrangement (3 office/site days and 2 remote days).
Role Overview
You will support commercial property management teams in delivering asset management and tenant services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with lease administration
Support rent review documentation
Conduct site inspections
Prepare service charge reports
Liaise with tenants and contractors
Monitor maintenance schedules
Assist with property valuations
Support financial reconciliation processes
Maintain property management systems
Prepare client reports
Assist with compliance audits
Support sustainability initiatives
