Homes for Students is looking for Property Maintenance Technicians to support maintenance operations in student accommodation properties. You will perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure residential facilities remain safe and functional.

This role involves working closely with property management teams and external contractors.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs
Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment
Respond to maintenance requests from residents
Coordinate with contractors for specialised repairs
Maintain maintenance logs and service reports
Ensure compliance with property safety standards
