Fresh Student Living is seeking a Property Leasing Assistant to support leasing operations and resident services within student accommodation properties. The role focuses on assisting prospective tenants, managing leasing documentation, and supporting property management teams.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend property viewings during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective residents with accommodation enquiries
Coordinate property viewings and leasing appointments
Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and leasing documents
Maintain resident records and property databases
Support property managers with administrative tasks
Software / Tools:

Property management software
CRM systems
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Education:
