Boots UK is recruiting a Pharmacy Operations Manager based in Nottingham. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) operating under a hybrid arrangement (2 office days and 3 remote days).

Role Overview

You will oversee pharmacy performance across multiple retail locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy service delivery standards
Monitor NHS service performance metrics
Ensure compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards
Manage pharmacy staffing models
Review prescription processing efficiency
Lead patient safety initiatives
Conduct internal compliance audits
Implement service improvement strategies
Manage operational budgets
Liaise with NHS commissioners
Support digital prescription platform optimisation
Conduct performance reviews for pharmacy managers
Ensure adherence to medicines governance standards
Lead business continuity planning
Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
Optional:
