EasyJet is recruiting Passenger Service Agents to support airport operations and deliver high-quality customer service to passengers. You will assist with check-in, boarding processes, and passenger enquiries while ensuring efficient airport operations.
The role requires working in a fast-paced airport environment and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, including rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers during check-in and boarding
Verify travel documents and boarding passes
Handle passenger enquiries and provide travel information
Coordinate with ground staff and airline teams
Ensure smooth boarding and departure procedures
Follow airport safety and operational guidelines
