Deliveroo is seeking Operations Associates to join our Rider Support team in London. This hybrid role focuses on supporting delivery riders and ensuring efficient logistics performance across UK cities.

Role Overview
As an Operations Associate, you will act as a key liaison between riders, restaurants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational support to delivery riders
• Resolve rider account and payment queries
• Monitor delivery performance metrics
• Coordinate with logistics teams during peak hours
• Support onboarding of new riders
• Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities
• Assist in compliance checks and documentation
• Escalate complex cases to senior operations managers

Tools & Systems
• CRM and ticketing systems
• Logistics tracking platforms
• Data dashboards (Excel / internal analytics tools)

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

Compliance & Standards
