Role Overview
You will support the design, installation, and maintenance of fibre and broadband infrastructure across the UK network.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in fibre network installations
Support broadband infrastructure testing
Monitor network performance metrics
Troubleshoot connectivity issues
Support 5G and full-fibre rollout projects
Maintain technical documentation
Assist in configuration of routers and switches
Participate in network optimisation initiatives
Conduct risk and safety assessments
Support site survey activities
Assist with network security monitoring
Follow safe working procedures
Education & Certifications
Mandatory:
A-Levels or equivalent including Maths

Cisco CCNA (Foundation level)
