Homes for Students is recruiting a Part-Time Marketing & Lettings Assistant to support occupancy and resident engagement at our Nottingham City Centre student accommodation property. This on-site role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in property marketing and lettings.
Role Overview
You will assist with marketing campaigns, property tours, tenancy administration, and resident communications to help maintain high occupancy and strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings
• Assist with tenancy agreement preparation
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Support digital marketing campaigns and local outreach
• Update CRM and property management systems
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes
• Help organise resident events and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and marketing reports
Eligibility
• Students are encouraged to apply
• Must commit to 20 hours per week
