Morrisons is recruiting Manufacturing Production Operatives to join our Fresh Food Manufacturing site in Bradford. This is a full-time, on-site role within one of the UK’s leading vertically integrated supermarket supply chains.

Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preparing and packaging fresh food products for distribution to Morrisons stores nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate food production machinery safely and efficiently
• Prepare and package fresh food products
• Monitor product quality and freshness standards
• Conduct routine equipment checks
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness within production areas
• Follow health & safety and food safety regulations
• Support stock rotation and inventory checks
• Meet daily production targets

Compliance & Standards
• Adherence to HACCP and food safety regulations
• Compliance with company health & safety policies
• Completion of mandatory food hygiene training

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to work in a chilled environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• No prior experience required (full training provided)
