Rolls-Royce is seeking ambitious Engineering Graduates to join our Civil Aerospace manufacturing facility in Derby. This is a full-time, on-site position within our advanced turbine component production team.

Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineering Graduate, you will support the design, development, and optimisation of aerospace engine manufacturing processes. You will work alongside experienced engineers in a high-precision, safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support manufacturing process improvements for turbine and engine components
• Assist in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyse production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with quality and design teams
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues
• Ensure compliance with aerospace regulatory standards
• Participate in technical documentation and reporting

Tools & Technologies
• CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX)
• SAP ERP systems
• Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Advanced manufacturing equipment

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of engineering principles
• Interest in aerospace manufacturing
