Role Overview
As a Leasing & Customer Experience Intern, you will support the property team in maximising occupancy, enhancing resident satisfaction, and ensuring smooth operational processes during peak booking and move-in periods.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with student property viewings and virtual tours
• Support tenancy agreement preparation and documentation
• Respond to resident enquiries via email and reception desk
• Help coordinate move-in and move-out processes
• Assist in organising resident engagement events
• Monitor and update CRM and property management systems
• Support rent tracking and occupancy reporting
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Skills & Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Customer-focused attitude
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Compliance & Standards
• Adherence to UK tenancy regulations
• Understanding of GDPR and data protection
