Monzo is seeking Junior Data Analysts to support data-driven decision making across digital banking operations. You will analyse datasets, prepare dashboards, and assist teams in understanding financial and operational metrics.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Analyse operational and financial data
Build dashboards and visual reports
Clean and validate large datasets
Support product and operations teams with insights
Maintain documentation of data processes
Assist with business intelligence reporting
