Capita is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to internal staff and clients. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second line technical support
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure desktop and laptop systems
Manage user accounts and permissions
Document incidents and maintain support logs
Assist with system upgrades and security updates
Software / Tools:
Windows Server and Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
IT service management tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Remote desktop support software
Technical Skills:
Desktop troubleshooting
Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hardware configuration

Education:
Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
