BT Group is looking for IT Helpdesk Analysts to provide technical support for internal users and business systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, and assist with system maintenance tasks.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and second line IT support
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
Maintain helpdesk tickets and support documentation
Install and configure IT equipment
Assist with system updates and maintenance
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams
Software / Tools:
ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Windows and Linux environments
Active Directory
