Role Overview
You will provide administrative support across employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and internal compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters
• Maintain employee records within HR systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Respond to employee HR queries via email and ticketing systems
• Assist payroll team with timesheet verification
• Generate HR reports and workforce data
• Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance
• Support HR policy updates and documentation
Eligibility
• Students studying HR, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Must be available for 20 hours per week
• Opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time roles
• No prior HR experience required (training provided)
