Job Description

Premier Inn is seeking friendly and professional Hotel Receptionists to welcome guests and manage front desk operations. You will be responsible for guest check-ins, handling enquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Working Hours:
Part-time up to 20 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Handle bookings and reservations
Respond to guest enquiries and provide assistance
Process payments and maintain reservation records
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Software / Tools:

Hotel property management systems
Booking and reservation software
POS payment systems
Technical Skills:

Front desk operations
Reservation management

Customer service excellence
Communication and interpersonal skills
Organisation and multitasking
Attention to detail
Education:

Secondary school education preferred.
