Premier Inn is recruiting a Hotel Operations Manager for its London County Hall property. This is a full-time on-site role (37.5 hours per week) responsible for overseeing front-of-house, housekeeping, and guest services operations.

You will ensure exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and financial performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations
Manage front desk and housekeeping teams
Monitor occupancy and revenue performance
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
Manage staff scheduling and rotas
Conduct team performance reviews
Handle guest escalations and complaints
Maintain budget and cost control
Support recruitment and onboarding
Ensure fire safety and health compliance
Implement service improvement strategies
Conduct operational audits
Coordinate with regional management
Education & Certifications
Mandatory:
