Whitbread is recruiting Hospitality Team Members for its Premier Inn hotel in London County Hall. The role involves supporting guest services, assisting with restaurant operations, and ensuring a comfortable experience for hotel guests.

Working Hours:
Flexible shifts up to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist hotel guests
Support restaurant and bar service operations
Prepare dining areas and maintain cleanliness
Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues
Assist with check-in support and front-of-house duties
Software / Tools:

Hotel property management systems
POS payment systems
Internal booking platforms
Technical Skills:

Basic hospitality service knowledge

Education:

Secondary education or equivalent preferred.
