Bupa is offering a 12-month Healthcare Management Placement based at Angel Court, London. This programme operates 37.5 hours per week under a hybrid model (2 office days and 3 remote days weekly).

Role Overview

You will support healthcare operations, service delivery, and performance analysis within Bupa’s health insurance and care services division.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with healthcare service reporting
Support operational performance tracking
Conduct data analysis on patient service metrics
Assist with service improvement initiatives
Support budgeting processes
Prepare management dashboards
Participate in cross-functional meetings
Maintain operational documentation
Support customer service quality reviews
Conduct process mapping activities
Assist with patient experience analysis
