Job Description

Greystar is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage reception services at a residential property. The role involves welcoming residents and visitors, handling enquiries, and supporting property management operations.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome residents and visitors at reception
Manage incoming calls and service requests
Maintain resident records and documentation
Assist with parcel management and deliveries
Support property management staff with administrative tasks
Software / Tools:

Property management systems
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Visitor management software
