EasyJet is recruiting a Flight Operations Officer based at London Luton Airport. This is a full-time on-site role (37.5 hours per week) supporting safe and efficient flight operations.

Role Overview

You will coordinate operational flight planning, crew scheduling support, and compliance documentation to ensure smooth daily airline operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare operational flight plans
Monitor weather and NOTAM updates
Support aircraft routing decisions
Coordinate with flight crew and dispatch
Ensure compliance with CAA regulations
Monitor fuel planning requirements
Support slot allocation management
Update operational control systems
Assist in disruption management
Prepare operational performance reports
Monitor airspace restrictions
Coordinate with ground handling teams
Maintain flight documentation records
Support safety reporting processes
Education & Certifications

Mandatory:

Degree or equivalent experience in Aviation or Operations
Optional:

Flight Dispatch Certification
Aviation Safety Management training
IATA certification
Compliance

Civil Aviation Authority regulations
