Rolls-Royce is recruiting Finance Graduates to join our Early Careers Programme based in Derby. This structured development programme provides exposure to corporate finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and commercial finance within the aerospace and defence sector.

Role Overview
As a Finance Graduate, you will rotate across different finance functions, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. Placement start date 01-Sept.-2026

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Analyse cost drivers and business performance metrics
• Contribute to financial modelling and scenario planning
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Work closely with operational teams to improve cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and accounting standards

Tools & Systems
• SAP ERP
• Advanced Excel
• Financial planning systems
• Power BI / Data reporting tools

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in pursuing professional qualification (CIMA / ACCA preferred)
