CBRE is recruiting a Facilities Manager to oversee operations at One New Change, London. This is a full-time on-site role (37.5 hours per week) responsible for ensuring building compliance, contractor management, and service excellence.
Role Overview
You will manage daily facilities operations within a large commercial property, ensuring health & safety compliance, cost efficiency, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
Manage hard and soft services contractors
Conduct building inspections and compliance audits
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs)
Prepare operational and financial performance reports
Manage annual facilities budgets and cost control
Ensure statutory compliance (fire, water hygiene, electrical testing)
Lead contractor tendering and procurement processes
Implement sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation controls
Respond to escalated building incidents
Liaise with tenants regarding operational concerns
Maintain asset lifecycle documentation
Support insurance inspections and compliance reporting
