Mitie is looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator to manage service requests and coordinate building maintenance activities. The role involves liaising with maintenance teams, contractors, and building occupants.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Log and manage maintenance requests through the helpdesk system
Coordinate contractor visits and service schedules
Track completion of maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate facilities documentation
Communicate updates to building occupants

CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems
Microsoft Excel and Outlook
