Mitie is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a major commercial building in London. The role focuses on coordinating building services, supporting maintenance teams, and ensuring a safe and efficient environment for tenants and visitors.
You will work closely with facility managers, maintenance contractors, and building occupants to ensure services are delivered smoothly.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility for operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks
Maintain service logs, records, and compliance documentation
Liaise with contractors and suppliers for scheduled work
Assist with building inspections and safety checks
Respond to tenant service requests and facility queries
Support workspace planning and office logistics
Software / Tools:
CAFM systems (Computer Aided Facilities Management)
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Internal helpdesk ticketing platforms
Technical Skills:

Education:
