Monzo is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to support product teams by analysing user data and identifying opportunities to improve digital banking features. The role focuses on data-driven product development and performance analysis.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse user behaviour and product performance metrics
Develop dashboards and product performance reports
Work with product managers to identify improvement opportunities
Conduct A/B testing analysis
Support data-driven product decision making
Software / Tools:
SQL databases
Python or R for data analysis
Product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
Power BI or Tableau
Technical Skills:
Data analysis and visualisation

Education:
