PwC UK is hiring Deals Advisory Analysts to join our Corporate Finance team in London. This graduate programme provides exposure to mergers & acquisitions, valuations, due diligence, and strategic advisory assignments.

Role Overview
As a Deals Advisory Analyst, you will support clients through acquisitions, divestments, and capital-raising activities by conducting financial analysis and preparing transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Conduct due diligence on acquisition targets
• Analyse financial statements and business forecasts
• Prepare client presentations and investment memoranda
• Support negotiations and transaction structuring
• Conduct industry and market research
• Assist senior advisors during live deal processes

Tools & Systems
• Advanced Excel financial modelling
• PowerPoint for client presentations
• Financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg)
• Data analytics platforms

Required Qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related discipline
• Strong analytical and numerical ability
• Interest in corporate finance and M&A
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
