Vodafone UK is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to help monitor, detect, and respond to potential cyber threats across its digital infrastructure. You will work with security teams to protect customer data, maintain secure systems, and support incident response activities.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call rotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor security alerts and investigate suspicious activities
Conduct vulnerability assessments and risk analysis
Support incident response and threat mitigation
Maintain security documentation and compliance records
Assist with implementation of security tools and policies
Software / Tools:

SIEM platforms (Splunk, IBM QRadar)
Vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys)
Network monitoring systems
Linux and Windows security tools
Technical Skills:

Network security principles
Incident detection and response
Risk assessment and vulnerability management
Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking
Problem solving
Communication with technical and non-technical teams
Attention to detail
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Optional Certifications:

CompTIA Security+
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
CISSP (optional for experienced professionals)
Compliance:
