Job Description

Uber is hiring Customer Support Specialists to assist riders and drivers with account and service enquiries. The role involves handling support requests, resolving service issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotational shifts covering evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries through chat, email, and phone
Assist drivers and riders with account-related issues
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes
