Monzo is looking for Customer Support Advisors to assist customers with banking services and account-related queries. You will communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone while ensuring a high standard of service.
Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, including rotational shifts covering evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries through multiple channels
Assist customers with account issues and transactions
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Help improve customer support processes
