Job Description

Barclays is seeking Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with banking enquiries, account support, and service requests. You will provide assistance via phone, email, and digital channels while ensuring high standards of customer service.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer banking enquiries
Assist with account management and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Escalate complex cases to specialist teams
Support digital banking service queries
Maintain compliance with banking procedures
