Tesco plc is seeking friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistants to join our London store team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build experience in retail operations.
You will support daily store operations including assisting customers, operating tills, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming shopping environment.
Working Hours:
Part-time role up to 20 hours per week, typically across evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product queries
Operate the POS till system and handle payments accurately
Restock shelves and maintain product displays
Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
Support inventory checks and stock rotation
Software / Tools:
Tesco POS till system
Basic Microsoft Office for internal communication
Technical Skills:
