Job Description –
Vodafone UK is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our customer support team in Newbury. In this role you will assist customers with account enquiries, service troubleshooting, billing queries and product information while delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customers receive accurate and timely support.
Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts based on rota.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat
Resolve billing, service and account issues
Provide information on Vodafone products and services
Update customer records and case notes accurately
Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Software / Tools:
CRM systems
Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud
Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Internal customer account management platforms
