Job Description

Royal Mail is seeking Customer Service Advisors to support customers with delivery enquiries and postal services. The role focuses on resolving customer issues, providing service information, and maintaining high service standards.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with delivery tracking and service issues
Escalate complex enquiries to specialist teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Support continuous improvement of customer service processes
