Unite Students is looking for Customer Experience Assistants to support students living in university accommodation. You will help residents with enquiries, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to a positive living environment.
Working Hours:
Part-time up to 20 hours per week, including some evening and weekend shifts during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome students and visitors at the reception area
Respond to accommodation enquiries and service requests
Maintain resident records and documentation
Assist with check-in and check-out processes
Support student events and community activities
