Job Description

Vodafone UK is recruiting Customer Experience Analysts to analyse customer behaviour and improve digital and telecom services.

Working Hours:
Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse customer usage and engagement data
Develop dashboards to track service performance
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
Work with product teams to optimise services
Prepare analytical reports and recommendations
Software / Tools:

SQL databases
Power BI or Tableau
Python or R for analysis
Customer analytics platforms
Technical Skills:

Data analysis and visualisation
Customer behaviour analysis
SQL querying
Soft Skills:

Analytical thinking
Communication with stakeholders
Problem solving
Attention to detail
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
Optional Certifications:

Microsoft Power BI Certification
Google Data Analytics Certificate
