Job Description

CBRE is looking for Corporate Receptionists to provide front-of-house support in a professional office environment. You will manage reception services, greet visitors, and support administrative operations.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to client interactions.

Working Hours:
Full-time role up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and manage reception desk operations
Handle phone calls and direct enquiries
Manage visitor registration and access procedures
Coordinate meeting room bookings
Provide administrative support to office teams
Maintain reception area presentation and organisation
