Role Overview
As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Uber’s operations team by resolving escalations, analysing operational data, and improving driver and rider experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to escalated driver and rider cases
• Analyse marketplace data to identify operational trends
• Assist in onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Support compliance documentation and verification processes
• Collaborate with city operations teams
• Prepare reports and dashboards
• Participate in improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction

Tools & Systems
• Internal CRM platforms
• Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis)
• Operational dashboards
• Data reporting tools

Eligibility
• Enrolled in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Logistics, or related programme
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compliance & Requirements
• Understanding of UK transport and data protection regulations
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
