Role Overview
As a Community Operations Intern, you will support Uber’s operations team by resolving escalations, analysing operational data, and improving driver and rider experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to escalated driver and rider cases
• Analyse marketplace data to identify operational trends
• Assist in onboarding and engagement initiatives
• Support compliance documentation and verification processes
• Collaborate with city operations teams
• Prepare reports and dashboards
• Participate in improvement projects focused on customer satisfaction

Eligibility
